first_imgJapanese smartphone maker Sansui on Friday launched Horizon 2 smartphone that is equipped with Infrared (IR) Blaster feature for controlling appliances and electronics.Priced at Rs 4,999, the device will exclusively be sold through Flipkart starting May 15.The Horizon 2 supports USB On-The-Go (OTG) for pen drives and other USB-powered accessories.The smartphone is powered by 1.25 GHz Quad Core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.  It runs on Android 7.0 operating system. The device sports a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels.The device also features MiraVision that enhances the picture quality for the display and comes with a panic button functionality. MediaTek’s algorithms expertise, MiraVision offers a range of visual enhancements for images and videos, while preserving power. The new Horizon 2 comes with 5MP selfie-shooter and an 8MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash technology.The handset also comes with one Full version of pre-embedded Gameloft game.”Sansui has been committed to develop innovative smartphones to woo the Indian customers. The phone costs Rs 3,999 and is sold in an exclusive partnership with Flipkart. The key highlight of Horizon 1 is its price and the 4G VoLTE support.The device features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display  with 480×854 pixels resolution.  Horizon 1 is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor  that works in tandem with  GB RAM and 8GB internal storage which is expandable.
